Joan Sellers -- A Name You Can Trust
Joan Sellers, with more than 20 years knowledge of Northern Virginia neighborhoods, has distinguished herself with Weichert Realtors as a specialist in residential property. She dedicates herself to understanding the unique needs of each client, believing there is a perfect contract awaiting every home seller.
Having personally achieved Chairman of the Board status with Weichert, she has more than 30 years of family background in real estate sales. She is active in the community, serving as a Commissioner on the Fairfax County Housing and Redevelopment Authority, which oversees all county housing and revitalization efforts. She also is a member of the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors Revitalization Policy Committee, and previously served on the Fairfax County Landlord Tenant Commission.
Joan received the 1999 Volunteer of the Year Award from the Northern Virginia Literacy Council. As a member of the Council's Board of Directors, she founded and chaired its major fundraising efforts for several years.
She has served as Assistant Editor for magazines about privatization, and was state legislative manager for Procter & Gamble. Born and raised in the West, she is married to Frank Sellers, also a Weichert realtor. They often team together to provide outstanding coverage for their clients.
